Responsible for the laboratory to ensure a safety environment and good service to other departments needs.
1.Responsible for the operation and routine maintenance of R&D laboratory instruments (material testing instruments), including but not limited to TGA, XRF, FT-IR, XRD and friction testing machines. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of experimental data.

Example: Based on R&D project requirements (such as qualitative and quantitative analysis of material composition, functional group identification, impurity tracing, etc.), develop exclusive analytical methods for XRF and FT-IR, complete method validation (including LOD, LOQ, precision, accuracy, robustness), and meet the special technical requirements during the R&D phase.
